How to contact technical support?

When contacting technical support, it is necessary to specify the serial number of the system and describe the problem in detail. Most of the problems can be dealt using remote support. Where can I find the serial number?

The serial number is displayed on the desktop and can also be found on the product label on the back panel.

What if video windows layout on the screen is not correct?

Close the program. Make sure that your monitor has 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 resolution. Change the monitor if it does not support the recommended resolution.

Check system settings for appropriate resolution. (Right-click on desktop area → Screen resolution).
